The Plan to 3D Print a Steel Bridge in Mid-Air

In two years, a one-of-a-kind construction project will commence over a canal in Amsterdam. It wont involve any humans at all, but rather, a six-axis robot that can craft molten metal in mid-air. Two months later, a 24 foot-long steel pedestrian bridge will arc its way across the water.

That, at least, is the plan. Leading the ambitious project is Dutch designer Joris Laarman, whose R&D company MX3D has spent the last several years reimagining what 3D printing can be—by scrapping the printer bed bit entirely. Instead, multi-axis MX3D bots can doodle drops of metal or plastic in horizontal, vertical and diagonal planes.

The recent alleged Chinese hack on US health insurance companies, like other alleged hacks before it, is designed to build resistance to the inevitable shift in world reserve currency from the US dollar to the BRICS “basket” of currencies led by the Chinese. The answer appears to be that the banks and government authorities are anticipating bail-ins, steeply negative interest rates and hefty fees on cash, and they want to close any opening regular depositors might have to escape these forms of officially sanctioned theft.  The escape from bail-ins and fees on cash deposits is physical cash, and hence the sudden flurry of calls to eliminate cash as a relic of a bygone age—that is, an age when commoners had some way to safeguard their money from bail-ins and bankers’ control…

Negative interest rates (and fees on cash, which are equivalently punitive to savers) raise another question: why are governments suddenly obsessed with forcing owners of cash to either spend it or gamble it in the financial-market casinos?

The conventional answer voiced by Mr. Buiter is that recession and credit contraction result from households and enterprises hoarding cash instead of spending it.  The solution to recession is thus to force all those stingy cash hoarders to spend their money.

At Buzzfeed you can read responses from female scientists to the comments of Nobel laureate Tim Hunt, who said that female scientists are distracting and emotional, in spite of plenty of evidence to the contrary. He also advocated separation of labs by gender, in spite of the fact that the “separate but equal facilities” argument has always been seen as an institutionalized caste system. The real issue is whether some people have enough control of their passions to work with members of the opposite sex, and whether all people should be penalized for such people’s weakness.

Clearly, expertise in a science has no correlation to wisdom, self-control, or a healthy attitude toward others. Mr. Hunt has unwittingly provided a prime example of why no mere mortal should ever be followed unquestioningly— even if they wear a sexy white lab coat.

As reported at hosted.ap.org, “Hackers stole personnel data and Social Security numbers for every federal employee, a government worker union said Thursday, charging that the cyberattack on U.S. employee data is far worse than the Obama administration has acknowledged.” Not only that, according to abcnews.go.com, this went undetected for over a year.

Regardless of who is blamed, the fact remains that our government is dangerously and criminally incompetent on just about every level.

Big Pharma Revealed As Puppetmaster Behind TPP Secrecy

It is no secret that US healthcare corporations have been among, if not the biggest beneficiaries of Obamacare: by “socializing” costs and spreading the reimbursement pool over the entire population in the form of a tax, pharmaceutical companies have been able to boost medical product and service costs to unprecedented levels with the help of complicit insurance companies who have subsequently passed through these costs to the consumer, in the process sending the price of biotech and pharma stocks to levels not seen since the dot com bubble.

But when it came to the highly confidential TPP, it was unclear just which corporations were dominant in pulling the strings.

Now thanks to more documents published by Wikileaks, and analyzed by the NYT, it appears that “big pharma” is once again pulling the strings, this time of the Trans Pacific Partnership, which if passed will “empower big pharmaceutical firms to command higher reimbursement rates in the United States and abroad, at the expense of consumers” according to “public health professionals, generic-drug makers and activists opposed to the trade deal.”

Displacing A Conquered People

According to sources such as epi.org, the new normal in the US is for businesses to replace expensive American workers with cheap H-1B guestworkers. Americans who have made the big businesses what they are, are being treated solely as liabilities impacting the company’s profitability. But, as the article points out, this would not be possible without a series of government administrations favoring foreign labor at their own country’s expense.

So there is more going on here than sheer greed; there is treason. In history, when a nation was conquered, the conquerors exiled the indigenous population and filled the conquered land with their own people. Prior to conquest, there was often not only war but siege, wherein the resources of the people under attack were strained to the breaking point. And this is what our own government has been doing, albeit in less obvious ways than in ancient times. The western world has been in a constant state of war for several generations, and our politicians keep squandering the fruit of their own people’s labor on hostile illegal aliens, who are invited in and pampered.

There is no other explanation for this national suicide but that western governments consider their own nations conquered peoples. The Cloward-Piven Strategy is the modern term for this method of conquest. Though its claimed intent is to end poverty, its application throughout history has been simply to conquer and enslave. Schemes to redistribute the wealth only and inevitably end with the impoverishing of the many for the benefit of the few.

Once again, for emphasis: the people of the west, especially the US, are considered conquered people. Our moral fiber, from which the will to resist would have come, was eroded deliberately. Then our social services were strained to the extreme by foolish policies purporting to be compassionate, but which only resulted in more people becoming poor and dependent. Then false flag operations were employed in order to give the people a demand for war, which not only helps to strain resources but also leads the remaining patriots, particularly the young ones, to violent death or permanent disability. And these “wounded warriors” are denied the very compassion the Strategy claimed to be enabling.
